The Court Attorney Alcohol-Drug Assessment Package is designed to meet court ordered rulings and you and your attorney's pre-trial requirements.

This Court Attorney Alcohol-Drug Assessment Package supports alcohol and drug violations involving vehicle driving violations for Drunk Driving, DUI, DWI, OVI, OWI, OVWI, OWPD and violations involving alcohol and drug violations including possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and other alcohol and drug violations will also meet court ordered rulings and you and your attorney's pretrial requirements.

Your Court-Attorney Assessment Package (available as an e-form questionnaire and available after you register and purchase) is used for your substance abuse evaluation/assessment. This Court Attorney Alcohol-Drug Assessment Package is specifically designed to meet courts and legal requirements involving alcohol and drug law violations.

The Package also uses the Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory or SASSI Inventory, accepted by the courts (because of its accuracy) provides legal standards support. In addition, the Michigan Alcoholism Screening Tool and the Drug Abuse Screening Tool are used in determining the severity of a person’s alcohol and/or drug issues.

In addition to the Court-Attorney Assessment Package e-form questionnaire, we will contact by telephone, a few individuals (that you provide) to clarify and corroborate your information and responses and to substantiate your alcohol and/or drug use.

The Court Attorney Alcohol-Drug Assessment Package contains the e-form questionnaire for general information (e.g.name, address, telephone number, etc.), consent and disclosure forms and a series of inquiry as to your social, your leisure activities and your alcohol and drug use. Included are life aspects; physically, legally, emotionally, in relationships, occupationally and educationally to determine chemical dependency or mood-altering chemical and substance abuse issues and the degree (mild, moderate or severe) of any alcohol and/or drug problems.

We will be in contact with you by telephone as follow-up to ask questions and confirm information regarding your alcohol and/or drug use. Using the Court Attorney Alcohol-Drug Assessment Package (completing the e-form questionnaire and the assessment by telephone, Internet online video or Face-to-Face), our assessment process could lead to recommendations and a course of action.

After a thorough review and analysis, Advantages and Solutions will produce a recommendation that could include advocacy ranging from; no education, additional support education or possible treatment.
